Trainer sind fachlich absolut Spitze und man wird wirklich top (!!) betreut.
Gute Technik und wirklich nachhaltiges Training werden gefördert und "vorgelebt".
Super Gruppe mit motivierten Leuten.
...und der Trainer ist wirklich ein echt cooler Typ!

Klasse Mitglieder, einfach eine tolle Stimmung und super sympathische und gleichzeitig kompetente Trainer, die mit Begeisterung das Training leiten.
Außerdem bekomme ich auch als Neuling immer wieder Hilfestellung für die richtige Ausführung der Übungen.
Für mich, wie ein Personal Training in einer motivierenden Gruppe.
I've been there for 2 months. For me a fantastic address for CrossFit in Salzburg.
Great members, just a great atmosphere and super personable and at the same time competent trainers who lead the training with enthusiasm.
In addition, as a newcomer, I always get help with the correct execution of the exercises.
For me, like personal training in a motivating group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Started out in May 2019 at CF Convalis (actually started CF Nov 2015) and went on to coach as well. Lots of floorspace, big variety of equipment. Classes 7 days a week with varying focus. Programming & Workouts evenly distributed between the different Aspects of CF (Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Cardio ect.).
Right place in Salzburg to develop in an holistic approach - becoming a better athlete overall and being able to actually take the fitness and apply it in everyday situations! Wouldn‘t train anywhere else! ?
