It was a good gym before Covid came - always clean facility, all working areas and attentive stuff, but not after 2020.
First, to pursue money they do not control if people are sick or not - many times I met people with cough, running nose and this all happens in opened areas without any masks.
Second, they do not watch if people really clean equipment after exercises.
And third, they changed the payment partner who will send you 3 and more reminders with penalty fee if you're late with payment even for a few hours. I received 3 letters with extra 15 EUR as penalty because the payment was processed 2 hours later than they tried to withdraw money from my account. This is how they treat loyal customers (I've been a member since 2018) who paid during lockdown and stayed after hard times.
I'm happy I'm not a member of this bad service team anymore.
