★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monteur fällt aus und Hausbewohner erhalten keine Information. Somit warten alle Hausbewohner 4 Stunden an einem Werktag um sonst.... Sowas nennt man Service und Kundenbetreuung. Traurig!!
Fitter fails and residents do not receive any information. So all house residents wait 4 hours on a working day at otherwise ... This is what is called service and customer care. Sad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unkompetent, unfreundlich, unsympathisch. So habe ich die Mitarbeiter von Minol erlebt. Ich werde mich telefonisch noch melden und beschweren. Um 16:00 Uhr am Mittwoch ist bei dieser Firma leider schon keiner mehr erreichbar. Fraglich, wie ein solches Verhalten in der heutigen Wirtschaft überleben kann.
Incompetent, unfriendly, unappealing. This is how I experienced the Minol employees. I will still call and complain. At 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, this company is unfortunately no longer available. Questionable how such behavior can survive in today's economy.
