As usually, there was no time for a decent answer. Finally I showed which package I want to have, the lady gave me a paper with a code and said I activate the package with the code. Then I paid and left. Through the activation process I was not even once warned that I still have to choose "Tarif" so I started using internet with "general price" - 0,9 cent per MB; so about 20 EUR for a bit more than 2 GB. The most expensive internet I ever paid. I guess it was my mistake. For not reading through all of their web sites very carefully. But still I give them 0 stars. For a very poor attitude towards the client. Minus stars for offering lower prices for the cost of hard work of their workers. And for rushing through the client with an extreme speed but at the same time wanting to give you a feeling that you got something cheaper. At the end you didn't. By doing all the registration, activation etc. yourself, you do the work somewhere else a company employee would do for you. So finally Hofer doesn't give any discounts. I cannot support such a system. Will make sure not to step in Hofer shop again.
