Die Therapie bei Matt war einfach nur wundervoll. Mit seiner ruhigen und ausgeglichenen Art konnte ich mich total entspannen. Es war meine erste Erfahrung mit Craniosacral und ich muss sagen ich bin sehr begeistert. Ganz anders als klassische Physio o.ä. Ich empfand auch den sanften Druck unglaublich angenehm und hatte das Gefühl, dass alles wieder im "Flow" war. Ganz toll gestaltete sich das Liegen auf einer warmen Heizdecke und komfortablem Kopfkissen. Darüber hinaus werden auch noch die Beine mit einer Kuscheldecke zugedeckt. Am Anfang erklärte er mir um was es bei Craniosacral geht und was mich erwartet. Mein Körper befand sich tatsächlich in einen unglaublichen Entspannungs-Zustand. Behandelt wurde auch nicht nur eine Region, sondern der ganze Körper. Am Ende war ich sehr energiegeladen und die Beschwerden besserten sich schon während der Behandlung. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

The therapy with Matt was just wonderful. With his calm and balanced nature I could totally relax. It was my first experience with Craniosacral and I have to say I am very excited. Quite different than classic physio or similar. I also felt the gentle pressure was incredibly pleasant and felt that everything was back in "flow". Very great was the lying on a warm electric blanket and comfortable pillows. In addition, even the legs are covered with a blanket. In the beginning he explained to me what Craniosacral is about and what awaits me. My body was indeed in an incredible state of relaxation. Not just a region, but the whole body was treated. In the end, I was very energetic and the symptoms improved during the treatment. I can only recommend!!!
