★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited in november of 2018. this hotel rivals many other 5 star hotels. exceptionally clean, extremely hospitable and totally encapsulate the clean traditional vibe of Austria and Salzburg. could not recommend this to anyone, who is seeking a retreat or relaxing weekend away - more. this family run business is doing an exceptional job. Also, Roland the masseuse is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel Krallerhof is an amazing venue. The views are outstanding and the nature surrounding is beautiful. The inside of the Hütte Has so much character to it. Even the bathrooms were special. we had our wedding here and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The staff is amazing and we had zero issues. They went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothly, especially Sandra. The food was excellent and the drinks were also tasty especially the Jugo. we are looking forward to visiting Die alte schmiede again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. I stayed here for a wellness holiday but didn’t like it. A sauna had tv in it. Another sauna had two colored screens playing water and bird sounds very loudly. I could not relax at all. The whole hotel had irritating color lights in the ceiling everywhere, in relax rooms in sauna, in lobbies, in our room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here is outstanding. We had Our wedding here, and it was perfect. The team helped us organize everything, they went above and beyond to ensure we had our perfect day. The food is excellent. We had a buffet and enjoyed every dish. These servers were attentive and made good drinks.
Sandra Kaule really did a wonderful job with our wedding. We highly recommend the hotel krallerhof!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is great, but: should you want to use the Spa, be aware of the fact that they are not operating as normally. While they say they are, the fact is that the Saunas do not offer any "Aufguss" as precautionary measure due to Covid-19. The place is great but you need to understand that you would pay 45 Euro for the daily access without things being "normal".
