Die Kommunikation dazu mit COWstyle war ein Erlebnis der ungewohnten Art. Außerordentlich freundlich, extrem serviceorientiert und via Mail eine sehr charmante Kommunikation (mit Laura;-)). Bracelet "Liverpool", very nice quality, good workmanship and extremely comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, there was a small defect that had to be repaired. The communication with COWstyle was an unusual experience. Extremely friendly, extremely service-oriented and very charming communication via email (with Laura ;-)). Thanks very much!
