Man habe "keinen Einfluss auf das Holz" ist keine befriedigende Begründung wenn sich Teak-Holz nach einem Jahr schmierig schwarz verfärbt. Viel Geld, viel Enttäuschung. Nice furniture and as long as everything fits, also a friendly advice. However, in case of complaint, no support in Graz can be expected. It has "no effect on the wood" is not a satisfactory justification when teak wood discolored after a year greasy black. Lots of money, a lot of disappointment.

A	Anna B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns einen großen Bule-Tisch bei Fantasteak in Vösendorf gekauft und nach Kärnten liefern lassen. Nach anfänglichen Missverständnissen wegen der Größe, die nicht ganz dem entsprach, was wir eigentlich bestellt hatten, hat sich dann der GF eingeschaltet und mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen. Eine gute Firma erkennt man daran, wie sie Probleme aus der Welt schafft :-) Wir haben eine vorzügliche Betreuung erhalten für eine neue - größere - Tischplatte, die direkt in Java für uns zugeschnitten wurde und dann mit dem nächsten Container nach Österreich kam. Der Tisch wurde von sehr netten und fähigen Mitarbeitern bei uns - nach telefonischer Avisierung und Rückbestätigung - angeliefert und nach unseren Wünschen aufgestellt (man kann die Tischbeine nach seinen Bedürfnissen anschrauben lassen). Im Endeffekt sind wir sehr zufrieden, freuen uns über den tollen Tisch und können es kaum erwarten ihn Freunden und Familie zu zeigen! We bought a big Bule table from Fantasteak in Vösendorf and had it delivered to Carinthia. After initial misunderstandings because of the size, which did not quite correspond to what we had ordered, then the GF has turned on and contacted us. A good company can be recognized by how it can solve problems in the world :-) We have received excellent support for a new - larger - table top, which was cut directly for us in Java and then came to Austria with the next container. The table was by very nice and capable staff with us - after telephone notification and reconfirmation - delivered and set up according to our wishes (you can screw the legs to his needs). In the end, we are very satisfied, happy about the great table and can not wait to show it to friends and family!
M	Markus Aldrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Meine Liegestühle sind nun 1 Jahr alt und das Holz hat bis zu ca. 30cm lange und 4mm breite Risse. Zusätzlich arbeitet das Holz so stark, dass es 2 Wochen nach dem Kauf ein ca. 2x2cm großes Stück rausgesprengt hat. Auch die Messingschrauben haben alle Rostflecken. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich vor ca. 15 Jahren eine goße Tischgarnitur mit 10 Hochklappstühlen für den Garten beim Konkurrenten gekauft habe und diese Möbeln noch immer wunderschön sind. Es gibt hier keine einzigen Risse! Und auch das Messing ist noch sehr schön. Jedenfalls nach Reklamation der Liegestühle bekam ich nur die Antwort, dass die Firma keinen Einfluss auf das Holz hat und Holz ein lebendes Material ist und dies passieren kann. Die Firma hat wegen Hochsaison kein Zeit und Ich sollte selber einen Leim kaufen gehen und das Teil anleimen. Nach längerer Diskussion habe ich dann in der Nachsaison den Liegenfuß selber abgebaut und zur Firma gebracht… Die Beratung beim Kauf, war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, aber alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig :( The quality leaves much to be desired. My deck chairs are now 1 year old and the wood has up to about 30cm long and 4mm wide cracks. In addition, the wood works so hard that it has burst out 2 weeks after the purchase of an approximately 2x2cm piece. The brass screws all have rust spots. All I can say is that about 15 years ago I bought a large table set with 10 folding chairs for the garden of the competitor and these furniture is still beautiful. There are not any cracks here! And the brass is still very beautiful. Anyway, after reclamation of the beach chairs I only got the answer that the company has no influence on the wood and wood is a living material and this can happen. The company has no time for high season and I should buy a glue myself and glue the part. After lengthy discussion, I have then degraded in the postseason, the couch itself and brought to the company ... The advice when buying, was very friendly and helpful, but everything else leaves much to be desired :(
