Unser Aufenthalt im Coolnest war rundum perfekt - dies liegt nicht nur an dem wunderschönen und zugleich einzigartigen Design des gesamten Hotels, sondern auch vor allem an der Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit, welches das gesamte Coolnest-Team einem entgegenbringt und einem so immer wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Mein persönliches Highlight war u.a. der Rooftop Pool mit Blick in die Berge. So lässt es sich entspannen. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon ganz bald wieder bei euch sein zu können! #heimatnest

Beautiful views and amazing food. Reasonably priced for what you are getting food wise and drinks are cheap. The serving staff in the restaurant were really lovely both days but we were accosted by the reception and greeting staff upon entry despite having wristbands allowing us to eat there as part of the snowbombing festival artists and felt very much like we were being looked down upon the whole time. Lots of confusion the first visit as we were told we could use the pool by festival staff and were allowed to do so having walked over an hour to get to the place but then weren't told we wouldn't be permitted again until we arrived the next day for a repeat visit. We were told they'd find out for us whilst we had lunch and nobody bothered to follow that up and at €30 pp just for use of a tiny pool it's not worth paying for it. Also this place is very out of the way so u less you have car hire it's a long walk from anything else and the taxis were refusing to allow us to use card which presented a lot of difficulty

Great, lovely decor, location, staff and food

Super cool and new Hotel. Great location, looking over the beautiful valley from every location inside the hotel (rooms, restaurant, rooftop pool, lobby, etc...). Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb.

"Our guests look for authenticity and vibrancy and that is exactly what a location like COOLNEST does offer," says my friendly barman Freddy pouring a second whiskey sour.  Like with most things in life, balance is key.. surely we refer now to the drink. This prime top nosh hotel just opened practically in time at the end of the serious pandemic restrictions to offer all that you need and what you didn't expect. With the experience of the amazing Kristallhutte, the styling is more urban than alpine, and far more zeal has been put in to creating cool communal spaces like the reception, pool, bar, the breakfast lounge and a huge three levelled terrace overviewing a four season, fog, sun, stars, wind, snow blizzards changing valley climatology. Thankfully, Zillertal Valley excels when it comes to cozy spots that tick all the right boxes: crackling log fires, piping hot hearty food, hotels to sink into heavy snow falls to gaze on end. and hey... this hotel claims rightfully to be "the cool" new take on winter holidays. Rooms This is the antithesis of your traditional Tyrolian Alpine hotel – the 4 floored level hotel of rooms are vast and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows and big balconies. As would be expected in a style hotel, the bathrooms are deluxe, with stone fixtures and wood accents. Large glass enclosed showers all have lush robes and slippers, and great bath products. In the reception sits a stylish decorated bar with a cozy fitted fire place, and furs to wrap yourself in. One floor below is the WELLNEST a discreet walk into a stylish spa, with three types of sauna, a garden to steam down and all is needed beauty and massage rooms. Fitness room with all the necessary gadgets and a spatial chilling yoga room with a programmed schedule for the travelling yogis throughout the week. From the ski room shuttles daily for free skiers into the valley ski slopes driven by snowboarding pros full of character and true know_how about life above 2000mtrs. Breakfast buffet is full of healthy and fully lovely fruited options and freshly baked breads and cakes by the day chef cook. Staff are not only warm, welcoming, sweet and personal but they are keen, diligent, smart freshly driven humans from all walks of life. English, Deutsch, Zillertalish as well as french, serbian, portugese, spanish, hungarian and endless nationalities are represented with a smile. My personal highlights are the spectacular warm outdoor swimming pool opened all day, a Ninja secret room, breakfast buffet lounge. And yes, the hotel has a Berlin based designer artist overlooking at different experiences making the hotel elevator a one to be seen art room experience blending modern hieroglyphics and feel good messaging to add the warm welcome upon arrival. Tweets The food in the top floor run by chef koch restaurateur Christian is in particular a bang on for anyone spending all day burning calories on the slopes: the lunch and dinner are excellent. Very busy, great drinks, full experience and crisscross of locals, tourists, skiers and staff enjoying themselves at the beats of DJs. Must reserve in advance. The verdict Genial sociable discreet stylish modern contemporary trendy snappy fun beautiful hip. Best staff, great people, lovely guests best human experience. I stayed three weeks and left the door open to come back. Anton
