The staff didn't check the shoe sizes right and put the wrong sized shoes in a box that was written otherwise. When we asked for exchange to the proper size, they blamed us for their mistake. After some arguing we finally got the right shoes but found the length of the shoelaces on each shoe totally different after coming home - one of them so short that it cannot be tied up properly. But we're tired of visiting them again to get the problem solved and the boss even threatened us it was the last time they were changing them. It's unreasonable and ridiculous that us customers should pay the efforts to solve the mistakes they made. You should check for any flaws yourself here. Don't trust the staffs. They act kind while you're shopping but change their attitudes after your purchase.
