R	Rudolf Götsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war auf der suche nach 2 mobilen telefonen, die zu der vorhandenen türöffner-anlage passte. die bezugsfirma existierte nicht mehr und auch sonst konnte ich diese modelle nicht mehr finden. bin im netz auf comtronik gestoßen und habe ohne große hoffnung dort angerufen. zu meiner großen freude war herr turkof nicht nur sehr herr freundlich und kompetent, sondern hatte genau die telefone auf lager. auf sein anraten schickte ich ihm meine zwei teildefekten geräte und bekam am nächsten tag die beiden neuen geräte auf denen alles von den alten gespeichert war. als rollstuhlfahrer freute ich mich sehr über dies promte und kundenfreundliche lösung, die mir einiges an ausgaben erspart hat. toll, dass es nochsolche firmen gibt. was looking for 2 mobile telephones that matched the existing door opener system. the reference company no longer existed and otherwise i could no longer find these models. Ich hatte lediglich ein kleines Problem mit dem Kabel und wollte dieses repariert haben, weil ich dachte, dass kann nur wenig kosten. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nannte mir der Geschäftsinhaber keinen Kostenvoranschlag und er began ohne mein Einverständnis mit der Reparatur. Zu dem wusste er den Preis des neuen Radios. Nach dem 15min „Reparatur“ wollte er 40€ haben. SCAM ALERT! I wanted to bring my brand new radio (35 €) to Comtronic for repair. I just had a small problem with the cable and wanted to have it fixed because I thought it would cost little. Despite multiple inquiries, the shop owner did not give me a cost estimate and he started the repair without my consent. He also knew the price of the new radio. After the 15min "repair" he wanted 40 €.

Jetzt ist wieder alles in Ordnung. Schöner Nebeneffekt: Wenn Sie das Geschäft verlassen, sind Sie auf jeden Fall weiser als zuvor. My Gigaset phone suffered from indigestion after 9 years.
