Very friendly, competent young man. Solved my problems that I had at the printer quickly and to my complete satisfaction on site. The same applies to the restoration of my blocked email address. He explained everything to me in an understandable way and also gave good tips for further troubleshooting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Problem war, wie kann ich meine gekauften Lieder auf I Tunes abspielen. Klingt simple was sich dann aber als Desaster herausstellte, dass ich vom Mac Store, Apple Hotline, zertifizierter Apple Store, Handybörse und noch zwei andere schließlich dann endlich Christian‘s Nummer gewählt habe! Ich kann nur ein‘s sagen die Wege und Zeit hätte ich mir alle sparen können weil er hat sich so mit der Thematik beschäftigt, dass ich jetzt wieder Musik hören kann.
Also ich würde Dir 100 Sterne geben!

My problem was, how can I play my purchased songs on I Tunes. Sounds simple, but it turned out to be a disaster when I finally dialed Christian's number from the Mac Store, Apple Hotline, certified Apple Store, mobile phone exchange and two others! I can only say one thing, I could have saved myself all the travel and time because he dealt with the subject so much that I can now listen to music again.
So I would give you 100 stars!
