R	Roja Dove on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophale Reinigungsfirma!!! Habe meinen Anzug schon seit März da und immer noch nicht bekommen. Habe ihn schon 2x eingepackt zurück bekommen. Bei einem Kontrollblick mit den Angestellten wurde mir gesagt, man habe ihn vergessen zu reinigen. Dies sei auch normal und passiere manchmal. Rückerstattung ist bei dieser Firma auch nicht möglich. Die Cheffin "eine gewisse Frau Pfeiffer" ist unantastbar. Wenn man nach ihr verlangt um das Problem zu besprechen, ist sie entweder im verlängerten Wochenende oder im Büro mit unmöglichem Zugang. Niemand darf rein und die Cheffin darf auch nicht raus. Der eine Stern ist nur da, weil ohne eine Bewertung nicht möglich ist. NIE WIEDER MEPUR!!!!!!!!!!! Catastrophic cleaning company !!! Ich bekam die Hosen zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt zurück, mit dem Hinweis, dass die Flecken leider nicht gereinigt werden konnten. Beide Hosen wurden nur gebügelt. Ich habe diese während meiner Reise zu einer Reinigung gebracht und sie kamen in einwandfreiem Zustand zurück. Ich habe daraufhin bei der Reinigung Metzler angerufen und reklamiert. Mir wurde ein Rückruf versprochen, auf den ich nun schon zwei Wochen warte. Sehr bedauerlich und für mich ein Grund diese Bewertung zu schreiben. I brought 2 pants for express cleaning, since I urgently needed them for a business trip. I got the pants back at the agreed time, with the remark that the stains unfortunately could not be cleaned. Both pants were ironed only. I brought them to a cleaning during my trip and they came back in perfect condition. I then called Metzler during the cleaning and complained. I was promised a call back, which I have been waiting for for two weeks now. Very regrettable and for me a reason to write this review.

Die Liste an Kleidungsstücke die ich beschädigt von der Reinigung zurückerhalten habe ist lang: - Loch in Schal - Parker komplett „Rau“ gewaschen - Löcher in MEHREREN Hemd - Hemdkragen beschädigt - Hemd mit flecken Retourniert - Hemd verwaschen - Pullover verfilzt Dazu kommt noch, schlampig gebügelte Hemden, Blazer nicht gewaschen sondern einfach nur aufgebügelt. Bei Reklamationen, wurde dann Seites der Mitarbeiter gelogen, abgeschritten und immer gesagt das Löcher, etc. schon bei Abgabe gewesen sind. Es wurden auch Gutachten (zb.: Loch in Gucci Schal) von einem Sachverständiger angefertigt, Schwarz auf Weiß stand dort geschrieben das dass Loch durch den Waschvorgang entstanden ist. Mitarbeiterin sagte trotzdem das Loch sei schon bei Abgabe gewesen. Ein Absolutes Highlight war die Aussage einer Mitarbeiterin bei einer Reklamation (Loch im Hemd) ich soll doch einfach eine Strickjacke darüber anziehen, dann würde es keinem auffallen. Die Chefin in Hohenems, war für eine Reklamation nie zu sprechen, hatte wohl zu viel damit zu tun sich im Büro zu verstecken. E-Mails mit Reklamationen samt mehreren Urgenzen blieben unbeantwortet. An dieser Stelle möchte ich anmerken: dass ganze Personal wirkt auf mich einfach unfähig Kundenreklamationen adäquat zu bearbeiten. Persönlich werde ich keine Kleidungsstück mehr bei dieser Reinigung vorbei bringen. Dazu können mehrere Bekannte über dieselben Thematiken mit dieser Reinigung berichten. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this cleaning. The list of garments I got back damaged from cleaning is long: - hole in scarf - Parker completely "rough" washed - holes in SEVERAL shirt - Shirt collar damaged - Shirt with spots Returned - Wash your shirt - felted pullovers In addition, sloppy ironed shirts, blazers not washed but just ironed. In complaints, then the side of the staff was lied, walked off and always said the holes, etc. have been at the time of delivery. There were also reports (for example: hole in Gucci scarf) made by an expert, black on white was written there that hole was created by the washing process. Employee said the hole was already on delivery. An absolute highlight was the statement of a colleague in a complaint (hole in the shirt) I should just put a cardigan over it, then it would not attract attention. The boss in Hohenems, was never to speak for a complaint, had probably too much to do with hiding in the office. E-mails with complaints and several original causes remained unanswered. At this point I would like to say: that whole staff seems to me simply unable to adequately handle customer complaints. Personally, I will not bring any clothes past this cleaning. Several acquaintances can report on the same topics with this cleaning.

Ich bekam die Jacke leider mit den gleichen Flecken UND mit Beschädigungen wieder zurück. Nach einer erfolgslosen Reklamation habe ich mich an das Büro gewandt - leider auch ohne Erfolg, da sich 3 Wochen niemand mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt hat und meine Anrufe auch nie entgegengenommen hat. Der Kundenservice ist schlecht und die Leistung eine Frechheit. Auf jeden Fall nicht zum Empfehlen! Brought over a high quality and expensive jacket to remove a small grease stain.
