A	Ana Sofia Almeida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous. Due to the Coronavirus we cannot make the trip to Vienna and stay in the apartment. Our flights were canceled. We explained the situation to the apartment owners who did not want to know and do not intend to return the money. it is absurd what they are doing and NO ONE SHOULD STAY IN THIS APARTMENT. Owners are vultures that only think of themselves. Booking sites should exclude this apartment for misconduct.

Because of COVID19 and the quarantine correspondingly, my family could not get to Vienna (all scheduled commercial international passenger services, including flights, trains and passenger buses from Ukraine are currently suspended). I was constantly writing to the property and asking for a refund or, at least, the date change. They refused to give me my money back and ignored all the other messages. Booking customer service promised to help, but the issue is still not resolved. I also had the apartments booked in Barcelona, and the property gave our money back in three working days (we booked the apartments on the same conditions by the way!). Comfort Apartment Prater, it is a shame! The point is to stay human in every situation, not profit from unforeseen circumstances.
