★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No IRON,BUT IRONING BOARD THERE,NO MICROWVE, 1 SET OF KEYS,SETTEE TOO HARD TO SIT ON NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO HANG UP CLOTHES UP ON COAT HANGERS THE MANAGER SAID HE NEEDS A PERMIT TO INSTALL MICROWAVE AND AN IRON,MY WIFE SAID" WHY DO YOU HAVE AN IRONING BOARD THEN"NO ANSWER FROM IS GUILTY FACE I SAID MAYBE THE BOARD IS FOR SURFING DOWN THE DANUBE .IT IS A VERY GOOD PLACE FOR TRAMS TO CITY BUT EAT OUT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What you get - a clean, comfortable apartment, a good price, a great location, with lots of transport and services nearby. What you don't get - it's not a hotel. So, accept an easy and responsive remote check-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking service and facilities ; Heating faulty, No TV service - TV broken- reported and never repaired for the whole week we were there - No kettle to boil water, not enough linen or toilet paper, NO PRIVACY IN THE APARTMENT ; NO doors separating bedroom from living room - 2nd "bed" a very bad sleeper couch -They Lied about the apartment having 2 separate bedrooms - it has NO bedrooms at all! One room with open partitions- No furniture to sit on to relax (it was used as a bed!) The seating was hard chairs - Wrote to them to ask for explanation and comment and all I got was a "we don't care, we have your money - ha ha" reply
