Teníamos una reserva del 10 al 13 de abril a través de Booking. Pagamos con cancelación gratuita y el 9 de marzo cancelamos la reserva por estar en fecha de cancelación gratuita viendo lo que se venía. El apartamento cobra el total en el momento de la reserva y si cancelas te devuelven el dinero. A fecha de hoy aún estoy esperando la devolución. He enviado varios emails y ni siquiera contestan, pero seguiré insistiendo. Mi recomendación es no reservar en este apartamento con cancelación gratuita (que pagáis más) pensando que si hay algún problema os devolverán el dinero. Cuando pase todo esto mi intención es visitar Viena, pero ni se me ocurriría volver a reservar en este apartamento.

We had a reservation from April 10 to 13 through Booking. We paid with free cancellation and on March 9 we canceled the reservation because it was on a free cancellation date seeing what was coming. The apartment charges the total at the time of booking and if you cancel they will return your money. As of today I am still waiting for the return. I have sent several emails and they do not even answer, but I will continue to insist. My recommendation is not to book this apartment with free cancellation (you pay more) thinking that if there is a problem they will return your money. When all this happens, my intention is to visit Vienna, but I would never think of booking this apartment again.

Ich hätte eine Reise Ende März gehabt, die wegen Corona ausgefallen ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren bezüglich der Stornierung sehr unkooperativ und haben sich, trotzdem in Österreich zu der Zeit alles geschlossen sein musste, nur auf die Stornobedingungen berufen und sind an einer Kulanzlösung (Gutschein, Reisedaten ändern, etc.) nicht interessiert gewesen. Nichteinmal die Reingigungsgebühr wurde zurückbezahlt. Die hat letztendlich booking.com in Kulanz ausbezahlt. Emails werden ignoriert, am Telefon wird nicht abgehoben. Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung!

I would have had a trip in late March that was canceled because of Corona. The employees were very uncooperative regarding the cancellation and, despite the fact that everything had to be closed in Austria at the time, only referred to the cancellation conditions and were not interested in a goodwill solution (voucher, change travel dates, etc.). The cleaning fee was never repaid. In the end, booking.com paid out in goodwill. Emails are ignored, there is no answer on the phone. Absolutely no recommendation!
