C	Czesław Bubała on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is located close to the center but in a very quiet area. The car can be left in the underground garage (at an additional cost). During our stay (first days of May) we did not meet any of the service staff, but the organization of key collection, parking location information, parking tickets, etc. was very good. On the other hand, all necessary informations about the apartment, public transport, shops open during the holidays, we received from the staff before arrival. Apartment well furnished, spacious. Kitchen equipped with necessary equipment for preparing meals. The apartment was an important part of our successful stay in Vienna.

The only "problem" was the location of the bathroom which was in one of the bedrooms, instead of being in a common area so it would be easily accessible to the other occupants of the apartment. (We got a 3-bedroom unit.) Other than that, it was a great place to stay -- spacious living quarters (great especially for Vienna) and very comfortable and clean. Good value.

Only thing front desk hours here are limited so if you are arriving at an odd time, make sure to make earlier arrangements. Also, they had a lot of construction happening and didn't tell us, which was annoying as one us is sensitive to sound when sleeping. Overall, goo d stay though.

The location is very convenient - you can get to almost anywhere in Vienna relatively quickly. For tourists - 5 minutes walk to the historic center of Vienna (1st district). For non-tourists, quiet area - no noise. I commend.

Even I arrived at late night though, I can easily get a key from the key box and access to the Apartment. So clean and perfectly well equipped/ organized home appliances were so impressive. Especially, radio channels were also tuned for music when it turned on. Apartment provides complementary teas with bottled water and chocolates. Having enough towels for all 4 adults of us were happy and really enjoyed the place. The apartment locates about one block away from the main street but, can find many restaurants and cafes near there. Most appreciated thing is that even I broke one of water glass while dish washing though, the apartment did not charge us. The cost may not that high but I can truly say that G.A. L apartment made my first impression of Vienna most great! Your apartment made my family tour in Austria next year again. I will definitely use this apartment in future. Thank you.

They were super helpful and supportive and we can't thank them enough for accommodating us one year after our original reservation ( one that we couldn't honor due to covid-19 ). The apartment was nice, spacious and with lots of facilities. The location was great - close to the metro station and was good even for exploring the town on foot. A garage parking is conveniently available nearby and Gal Apartments team helped us with a reservation there. If we ever return to Vienna, Gal Apartments will definitely be our choice again.
