★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin online gebucht und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Zum Termin kam allerdings niemand. Mehrmalige Anrufe und eine schriftliche Anfrage blieben zunächst unbeantwortet. Jedoch hat sich später jemand gemeldet und dafür entschuldigt das es Probleme mit dem Kartendienstleister gab. Der Betrag wurde mir dann rücküberwiesen.
Appointment booked online and paid by credit card. However, no one came to the appointment. Multiple calls and a written request initially went unanswered. However, someone reported later and apologized for the problems with the card service provider. The amount was then returned to me.
