Meine Schwester war heute dort und wollte nach dem Päckchen von TOOGOODTOGO fragen, das ich gekauft habe über die App. Der (un) freundliche Herr an der Kasse, meinte zwei mal - total genervt und pampig - dass es kein Päckchen ohne QR-Code gibt. (ES GAB AUCH NIE EINEN!!!) Obwohl sie alle notwendigen Sachen dabei hatte, war er total unfreundlich und meinte auf indirekte Weise, dass sie den Laden verlassen sollte. Naja, dann musste ich mit meinem Auto selbst hin fahren - habe extra nicht getankt, weil sie mir das schon vorher geschildert hatte - und als ich rein bin, meinte er total pampig, dass ich Pech hätte und das ja alle Leute dann so machen würden. (Man muss vor Ort bestätigen, dass man da ist und es geholt hat). Unglaublich, dass es wirklich so unfreundliche Leute auf dieser Welt gibt.. oh mein Gott. Er ging dann nach hinten und hat ein Sackerl mit den Lebensmittel geholt und bei der Eingangstüre total grantig und genervt hingestellt und kein Wort mehr gesagt. Fazit: den einen Stern gibt es dafür, weil ich das Päckchen bekommen habe und weil man nicht 0 geben kann. Never seen anything as unfriendly as this man at the cash register. My sister was there today and wanted to ask about the package of TOOGOODTOGO that I bought through the app. The (un) friendly gentleman at the cash register said twice - totally annoyed and puffy - that there is no package without a QR code. (THERE NEVER WAS EVEN ONE !!!) Although she had all the necessary things with her, he was totally unfriendly and indirectly said that she should leave the shop. Well, then I had to drive my car there myself - I didn't fill up the tank because she had already told me about it - and when I got in, he said totally sloppy that I was unlucky and that everyone would do it that way . (You have to confirm on site that you are there and have fetched it). Incredible that there really are such unfriendly people in this world .. oh my god. He then went to the back and fetched a sack with the groceries and placed it at the front door, totally grumpy and annoyed, and didn't say another word. Conclusion: there is one star for it because I received the package and because you cannot give 0.
