★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy, friendly, warm. In the centre of the city, yet very quiet. Perfectly clean, with nice friendly profusion of lavander inside the bedroom. Cosy bed, comfortable bathroom where everything functions. Nice selection of teas on the reception 24/7. Clear instructions in case you need any. Did I say they were friendly? Not enough times, I think... :-)

Very warm wellcome by owner.
Well located.
Comfy bed.
Spacious and clean room (#12) with elegant decoration and small balcony.
Practical bathroom with shower.
I liked the breakfast and the kind person in charge,good espresso.
Good wifi connection in room.
Easy to park in the sorroundings.
Will stay again when I come back to Klagenfurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was old and very small and the location of room was really weird, it was located outside of the hotel, on terrace. Bathroom was really old too and not clean enough. We were not satisfied with hotel. Only good thing was the breakfast menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service: The woman at the front desk was really nice to us and we felt very welcomed. You can get a private parking lot for 6 Euro/day which is really good if you aren't there during the weekend and can use free parking on the street. 5/5
Rooms: The room we had was very narrow. Thus we did not feel very comfy in the room. Moreover, bathroom and interior generally were outdated. Partly tiles were loose. Shower holder was defect. 2/5
Location: Is really awesome. You are directly located to the city center. Couldn't be much better. 5/5
Breakfast: Didn't try but looked good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has much charm and is tastefully decorated...our room was rather small and quite sombre because it only had a small window to the courtyard...common spaces of the hotel were really nice and breakfast had a good choice...staff were kind, location very central...there is no free parking..only at weekend you may find a free spot on the street otherwise to pay 6 eur day in parkinghouse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice boutique hotel in the centre of Klagenfurt. The staff were very nice and helpful when we checked in and also at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and of high quality with plenty of options and a very good coffee. Our room was on the top floor with a view to the street. It had plenty of space and a comfortable large bed with a very thick, warm duvet, perfect for the cold winter night we had spent there. The bathroom boasted a spacious shower.
