Es gibt drei Routen mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden. Immer wieder Ideal um Anfangs der Saison wieder die KS-Technik zu üben. Oder auch für die kurze Nachmittagstour nach der Arbeit. Leicht zu erreichen, genug Platz um Fahrräder abzustellen. Really cool and short via ferrata in the middle of the city. Duration from bottom to top, depending on the exercise, 10 to 15 minutes. There are three routes with different levels of difficulty. Always ideal to practice KS technique again at the beginning of the season. Or also for the short afternoon tour after work. Easy to reach, enough space to park bicycles.

Vor allem die Variante mit Schwierigkeit E ist auch für den/die geübtere/n Klettersteiggeher/in interessant! Oben angekommen hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt. Very nice and short via ferrata, easy to do in 20-30 minutes. The variant with difficulty E in particular is also interesting for the more experienced via ferrata climber! Once at the top you have a beautiful view of the old town.

It offers routes of varying difficulties, the hardest one having short E rated segments in a slight overhang and then some D/E sections with slippery footholds. There is a nice place at the top where you can rest and enjoy the views - or take the path and continue to the top of the hill.
Æ	Æmıl Āndrag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time, there are amazing views. You could walk up as well. Its like a clip and climb for adults to the extreme. No one to look over your shoulder. Just a open gate with instructions. You need a harness helmet nice gloves and two times one meter safety ropes each its own clip. You clip both on and transfer them one at a time along the fixed cable to ascend. Great fun. Was my first rock climb. Usually only climb indoors.

There are four climbing routes with different difficulty levels that will meet every climber's needs - from the short horizontal practice route to the "Kapuziner-Gams" route with overhanging "E" sections. The steel cable and fixations are thick and well maintained. An interesting feature are ladders near the top. All the routes end on a nice plateau which offers a place to rest and enjoy the view of Salzburg. The descent ends at Linzergasse. One can further go exploring the Kapuzinerberg or getting back at the bottom of the City Wall and climb again.
