Ja ich saß da und es kam kein Taxi. Das Unternehmen weigert sich, Patienten vom Krankenhaus ins Altersheim zurückzuführen, auch wenn diese selbstständig mobil sind und die Fahrt bezahlen können. Und wenn man nach den Gründen fragt, legen sie einem einfach auf. Inkompetent und unhöflich. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Nach dem anrufen wurde uns gesagt er wäre bei unserer Strasse gewesen was aber nicht so war weil wir von Anfang an an der Strasse gewartet haben.... Er war an einem ganz anderen Ort wo wir angegeben haben l.... Er hat uns nur am Telefon gesagt tja jetzt müsst ihr euch ein anderes Taxi suchen und hat aufgelegt....
