★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warten warten und nochmals warten. Als ich in den Laden kam, ging schon ein getuschel los. Danach wurde ich auf einen Stuhl gesetzt und nichts weiter wurde gemacht. Zu meinem erstaunen kamen 2 Damen die nach mir kamen, vor mir dran. Und das, obwohl ich einen Termin hatte. Nach über 20 min. warten hats mir dann gereicht und ich bin gegangen. Zum Glück habe ich gleich einen Termin bei echten Profis bekommen. Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl das Menschen mit Migrationhintergrund unerwünscht sind. Einmal und ganz sicher niemals wieder!
Wait wait and wait again. When I walked into the store, there was already a whisper going on. After that I was put on a chair and nothing further was done. To my astonishment, 2 women who came after me came before me. Even though I had an appointment. After waiting more than 20 minutes I had enough and left. Luckily I got an appointment with real professionals right away. I also had the feeling that people with a migration background were not wanted. Once and definitely never again!
