Habe ein Taxi vorbestellt für einen Transfer zum Flughafen Zürich, Taxi kam nicht und ich musste ein andere Firma anrufen. Habe es grad noch rechtzeitig geschafft. Ländle Taxi reagiert nicht mehr auf Anrufe. Never book with this taxi - don't rely on it!! I booked a taxi for a transfer to Zurich airport, the taxi didn't come and I had to call another company. Made it just in time. Ländle Taxi no longer responds to calls.
P	Peter Jakubek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverlässlich und unverschämt - €150 verloren! Habe ein Taxi vorbestellt für eine Fahrt an den Bahnhof. Zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit war kein Taxi da. Nach Anruf bei der Zentrale sagte die Dame, wir hätten eine andere Zeit vereinbar - was nicht stimmte- sie hatte es sich einfach falsch notiert. Sie versicherte mir rasch ein Taxi zu schicken, damit ich meine Zugverbindung noch rechtzeitig erreiche. Ein Taxi kam nie, Anrufe wurden nicht mehr entgegengenommen. Nach einiger Zeit ging ein anderer Mitarbeiter ans Telefon und meinte er weiss von nichts, er könne nichts tun und auf Nachfrage wer der Chef sei, hat er keine Information genannt. Solch ein Verhalten ist nicht professionell und ich rate jedem Kunden ein anderes Unternehmen zu beauftragen, vor allem wenn es wichtig ist und man ein verlässliches Unternehmen braucht. Die Kosten über 150 € für ein neues Ticket waren ein teures Lehrgeld! Unreliable and outrageous - lost €150! Booked a taxi for a ride to the train station. There was no taxi at the agreed time. After calling the head office, the lady said we had agreed on a different time - which wasn't true - she had simply written it down wrong. She assured me that she would quickly send a taxi so that I could reach my train connection on time. A taxi never came, calls were no longer answered. After a while, another employee answered the phone and said he didn't know anything, he couldn't do anything and when asked who the boss was, he didn't give any information. Such behavior is unprofessional and I advise any client to hire another company, especially when it is important and you need a reliable company. The cost of more than 150 € for a new ticket was an expensive lesson!
