In my opinion the best optician in town! I am always given very competent advice here and the selection of glasses has something for every taste. I especially like the selection of Kaleos glasses! I will gladly come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier werden Dioptrien mit moderster Technologie genaustens festgestellt besser als bei einen Augenarzt das alleine verdient schon 5 Sterne dann das Service inklusive Beratung verdient nochmals 5 Sterne kann aber nur 5 Vergeben, darum bleibe ich City Optik treu.
Here, diopters are determined with the latest technology precisely better than with an ophthalmologist that alone deserves 5 stars then the service including advice deserves another 5 stars but can only award 5, that's why I stay true to City Optik.

Wird auch mal ohne zu bezahlen geholfen, weil manches einfach als Dienstleistung zählt.
Fahre immer wieder hin, obwohl es von mir 70km entfert ist - weil's einfach passt

I keep going there, even though it's 70km away from me - because it just fits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Beratung, spitzen Service, angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches kompetentes Fachpersonal. Am Samstag um 1100 Uhr einen Sehtest gemacht, Gleitsichtbrille gleich bestellt und Dienstag Mittag war die Brille zum Abholen bereit - besser geht es nicht!
Top advice, top service, a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly, competent staff. Did an eye test on Saturday at 11.00 a.m., ordered varifocals straight away and on Tuesday at noon the glasses were ready to be picked up - it couldn't be better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke my glasses (bought before moved here). Showed up on the spot and they were given a temporary fix at no cost.
They ordered a spare part for them despite not being a frame they keep in stock then let me know when the part was ready.
I came in unannounced again and was seen on the spot when they fixed the frames. For free(!) The glasses look like new!!
Already have my next sight test booked with them. Despite it being a bit of a trip for me to get here, after this experience I wouldn't go anywhere else!
