Die Krönung heute: Frau Doktor auf Urlaub, Vertretungsarzt in derselben Praxis, der meint allerdings, erst um 9 statt um 8 Uhr aufsperren zu müssen. Wartezimmer randvoll, ich selbst warte 15 Minuten lang auf mein Rezept. Um 20 nach 9 ruft Herr Vetretungsarzt dann in der Praxis an, er ist leider krank. Also musste die Sprechstundenhilfe ALLE Patienten wieder heimschicken, und das natürlich ohne Krankmeldungen, Rezepte etc. Unterirdisch und das Allerletzte, diese Ärztin...in 30 Jahren beim Vorgänger Dr. Martini gab es so etwas nicht! Patienten die "nur" Rezepte brauchen, werden in rasanten 10min abgearbeitet - wohlgemerkt EIN Patient in 10 MIN. Wartezeit im Warteraum 15min. Bei der Ärztin am Ende 5min. Ich komme sicher nicht mehr wieder und kann es auch nicht empfehlen. Underground! 33min waiting time in the stairwell until the receptionist finally scans the e-card. Why?!?
