J	Jhonny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst muss ich sagen dass mir das Ambiente in der Hütte sehr gut gefallen hat und auch das Essen war beide Male wo ich dort war wirklich gut. Meine schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich leider auf das Personal mit welchem ich nicht zufrieden war. Bei meinem ersten Besuch (Mittagszeit, aber nicht Ferien) wurden wir von einem Kellern bedient, nach den Getränken kam nichts mehr und die Frage nach einer Speise wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestellt - der Kellern hat sich umgedreht und war weg. Trotz dem Versuch Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen hat es scheinbar niemanden interessiert und wir haben wirklich lange gewartet. Viel los war dabei nicht und andere Tische wurden wesentlich schneller bedient (andere Kellnerin) Bei meinem zweiten Besuch wurde ich von Personal angemotzt, weil die Badezimmer Türe nicht vollständig geschlossen war und durch die Händetrocknung war es "so laut" . Anstatt das freundlich zu sagen wurde ich aber blöd angemacht weil es ja "fast niemand schafft die Türe zuzumachen" wie die Kellnerin mir sagte. Nicht dass ich es nicht verstehen würde, aber bevor ich regelmäßig mich darüber aufregen dass Kunden es nicht schaffen die Türe zuzumachen könnte man uch einfach einen Türschließer montieren und das Problem wäre beseitigt. Kostet wenig und die Türe ist nie wieder offen wenn es denn so ein Problem ist.... First I have to say that I really liked the ambience in the hut and the food was really good both times I was there. Unfortunately, my bad rating refers to the staff with which I was not satisfied. On my first visit (lunchtime, but not holiday) we were served by a waiter, after the drinks nothing came and no question was asked about a meal - the waiter turned around and was gone. Despite the attempt to attract attention, nobody seemed to care and we waited a really long time. There wasn't much going on and other tables were served much faster (different waitress) On my second visit, I was mobbed by the staff because the bathroom door wasn't fully closed and it was "so loud" because the hands were drying. Instead of saying that in a friendly way, I was made a fool of because "almost nobody manages to close the door" as the waitress told me. Not that I don't understand it, but before I regularly get upset that customers can't close the door, you could simply install a door closer and the problem would be solved. It costs little and the door is never open again if it's such a problem....
