Meine Mail wurde also widerwillig herausgesucht, sie war also tatsächlich da. Angebot will der "Berater" keines legen, da eine dubiose Norm auf der Terrasse Fliesen größer 30x30 nicht zulässt. Und wir wollen die Fliesen selbst beistellen, das geht garnicht, dann hat er angedeutet, wenn wir die Fliesen über Fa. Frisch kaufen, gehts vielleicht doch. Fazit: diese Firma sieht mich nicht wieder, arrogant, ohne Lösungsortientierung und scheinbar mit soviel Kohle gesegnet, dass der Kunde nicht mal, wenn er persönlich als Bittsteller vorspricht, eine vernünftige Beratung oder gar ein Angebot bekommt. And we want to provide the tiles ourselves, that doesn't work at all, then he indicated that if we buy the tiles through the Frisch company, maybe it'll work after all. Conclusion: this company does not see me again, arrogant, without a solution orientation and apparently blessed with so much money that the customer does not even get reasonable advice or even an offer when he speaks personally as a supplicant. I can only advise anyone against this company.
