Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist also TOP! ☺️?? Was on Saturday May 22nd. there and absolutely loved it! Super dear employee and excellent advice! The quality of the goods is also very convincing! S	Sarella Stellina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir in der Plus City vor ca. 2 Monaten zwei BHs dort gekauft. Das Personal war freundlich, die Beratung top. Leider ist bei dem einen BH jetzt nach 2 Monaten und wenig tragen/maximal 3x waschen im Wäschenetz ein Bügel rausgegangen. Als ich den BH gekauft habe wurde mir erklärt es gäbe ein Service, das die Wäsche im Notfall kostenlos repariert, flickt etc. Heute angerufen, mitgeteilt bekommen, dass das Service nicht mehr existiere, weil "die Näherin zu lange braucht" (???) und dass sie mir aber gerne 50% auf einen Neukauf anbieten würden. Sorry, aber bei einem BH, für den man normalerweise 120€ auf den Tisch legt, darf der Bügel 1. nach zwei Monaten bei kaum Benützung noch nicht rausgehen und 2. sollte es selbstverständlich sein, dass das dann irgendwie wieder in Ordnung gebracht wird! Ich bezahle jetzt nicht NOCHMAL 60€ für genau denselben BH? Was ist das denn bitte für ein Kundenservice? Das Geld werde ich gezwungenermaßen wieder in einen BH investieren... aber definitiv nicht mehr bei Change. Ich hab keine Lust mir in 2 Monaten wieder den nächsten BH mit "generösen" 50% Ermäßigung kaufen zu dürfen, nur weil der Bügel rauskommt. Auch eine nette Art Gewinn zu machen, indem man einfach ein Service abdreht, das man sich bei der Preisklasse eigentlich erwarten würde... I bought two bras in Plus City about 2 months ago. The staff was friendly, the advice was great. Unfortunately, one bra came out after 2 months of wearing it very little / washing a maximum of 3 times in the laundry net. When I bought the bra, I was told there was a service that would repair, repair, etc. the laundry free of charge in an emergency. Called today and told that the service no longer exists because "the seamstress is taking too long" (???) and that they would like to offer me 50% off a new purchase. Sorry, but with a bra for which you normally put 120 € on the table, the underwire may 1. not come out after two months if it has hardly been used and 2. it should be a matter of course that it will somehow be fixed again! I am not paying another € 60 for the exact same bra? What kind of customer service is that? I'll be forced to invest the money in a bra again ... but definitely not with Change anymore. I don't feel like buying the next bra with a "generous" 50% discount in 2 months just because the wire comes out. Also a nice way to make a profit by simply turning off a service that you would actually expect in the price range ...

Dann bin ich sofort wieder hingefahren, statt Geld zurück gibt es hier jedoch nur einen Gutschein. Das ist bei intakter Ware verständlich, aber hier handelt es sich um beschädigte Ware. Werde nicht mehr hier kaufen, sehr enttäuschend. I bought a bra. When I unpacked the bag at home 2 hours later, I noticed that there was a hole in the tip. Then I went back straight away, but instead of money back there is only a voucher. This is understandable if the goods are intact, but these are damaged goods. Won't be buying here anymore, very disappointing.

Sehr sehr nette Beratung, nicht aufdringlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Hätte ich mir keine Unterwäsche letztes Monat gekauft, wären sicherlich 1 oder 2 BH mitgekommen. Werde zukünftig dort einkaufen gehen. Found 2 bikini, went to the store on good luck. Was a bit frustrated, because with Coupe E / F it is very difficult to find something that lasts and is also beautiful. Very, very nice advice, not intrusive and very helpful. If I hadn't bought underwear last month, I would certainly have brought 1 or 2 bras with me. Will go shopping there in the future.

Die Dame die mich beraten hat war auch super nett und lieb, eine andere hat sich leider irgendwann dazwischen gedrängt, machte einfach den Vorhang der Kabine auf ohne was zu sagen, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde wenn man da halb nackt steht. Sie hat leider außerdem falsche Auskünfte gegeben, was ich sehr schade finde. Dennoch ein super Geschäft, die Qualität der Ware ist auch super und sonst bin ich auch sehr zufrieden! The only shop near me where I can find bras and bikinis in my size. The lady who advised me was also super nice and kind, another one unfortunately pushed in at some point, just opened the curtain of the cabin without saying anything, which I don't think is okay when you're standing there half naked. Unfortunately, she also gave false information, which I think is a shame. Still a great deal, the quality of the goods is great and otherwise I am also very satisfied!
