Ich habe mir einen Bralette inklusive Unterhose bestellt - nachdem er doch nicht ganz gepasst hat haben sie mich telefonisch noch ein wenig beraten und ich konnte ihn umtauschen. Leider war der Umtausch aufgrund der Post etwas komplizierter, aber es wurde super damit umgegangen und es wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Ich bin wirklich rundum zufrieden: von Bralette über Höschen bis zum Kundenservice! Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen! The studio and the girls there are just great! I ordered a bralette including underpants - after it didn't quite fit, they gave me a little advice over the phone and I was able to exchange it. Unfortunately, the exchange was a bit more complicated due to the post office, but it was handled very well and a solution was found. I am really completely satisfied: from bralette to panties to customer service! I can only recommend it to everyone!

Die Produkte sind wirklich top, meine Freundin hat bereits 8 Sets Unterwäsche und 1 Bikini, sie ist extrem happy damit. Oft tragen & waschen ist kein Problem, da merkt man dann die Qualität! Obendrein ist es cool, dass die Mädels ihre Produkte mit Stoffen aus der Umgebung und mit Reststoffen herstellen. Zusammengefasst: eindeutig empfehlenswert für alle Größen und Typen! ?? Super friendly business, the two founders sew themselves or are in the shop with their small, very friendly & competent team where everyone sews and gives advice. The products are really great, my friend already has 8 sets of underwear and 1 bikini, she is extremely happy with them. Often wearing & washing is not a problem, you will notice the quality! On top of that, it's cool that the girls make their products with materials from the area and with residual materials. In summary: clearly recommended for all sizes and types! ??

Die Beratung war großartig und so herzlich, ich wurde bestens beraten und fühlte mich gut aufgehoben. Die Wäsche selbst ist wunderbar weich, macht trotzdem eine schöne Form und mein eigener BH fühlte sich nachher sehr grob an. Seht am besten einfach selbst, es lohnt sich! I finally made it into the "basket" today, because I already knew the online shop, but wanted to test the sizes on site - and that was a good thing! The advice was great and so warm, I was given the best advice and felt that I was in good hands. The lingerie itself is wonderfully soft, but still creates a nice shape and my own bra felt very coarse afterwards. Just see for yourself, it's worth it!

Endlich wunderschöne Unterwäsche die bequem ist und auch noch nachhaltig: ich bin schwer verliebt und fühle mich jedesmal wenn die Wäsche trage einfach wunderbar wertvoll und weiblich. Einer der BHs passte doch nicht ganz perfekt, ich habe eine Email geschrieben und mir wurde direkt angeboten ihn zum ändern einzuschicken. Was für ein toller Service. Danke Mädels.
