A	Alex Hout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig uitzicht in dit mooie appartement. Tevens direct de piste op (en af) Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar en zeer behulpzaam bij wensen/vragen. Great view in this lovely apartment. Also directly on (and off) the slopes Good communication with the owner and very helpful with wishes / questions.

Je zit echt op de maiskogel, je kan gewoon lekker ‘s morgens naar de lift skiën wanneer je er zin in hebt… Fantastisch uitzicht en leuke ligging. Een luxe om gewoon op de skipiste af te slagen en “binnen” te skiën. Eigenaar super vriendelijk en doet er zeker alles aan om alles in orde te houden. Je moet er iets voorover hebben maar het is het zeker waard om eens te doen zo een huisje op de berg. Truly ski in, ski out! You are really sitting on the corn ball, you can just ski to the lift in the morning when you feel like it… Fantastic view and nice location. A luxury for simply hitting the slopes and skiing “inside”. Owner super friendly and certainly does everything to keep everything in order. You have to have something for it, but it is definitely worth doing once such a house on the mountain.

L	Luuk Akkerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment for a big family or group of friends. Modern, spaceous, clean, nice views. It's all there. Entering the maiskogel ski slopes 30m from the apartment. Perfect when spending a day on this slope, or descending to the kaprin city center to take a bus to Kaprun Kitscheinhorn or Zell am See. And even when returning from those areas you can quickly take the lift to the maiskogel top to descent to the apartment. Only small disadvantage to be prepared of is the location of the apartment from the apres skis in the center. Walking down is not a big problem but up is a challenge and you'll need a car or taxi.

Chalet is much better live then on photos :) Really, we were suprised how everyting is perfect for skiing and relaxing MAGNIFICENT LOCATION We were directly on the main Maiskogel slope. Ski room is 10 steps from slope When u are skiing u can jump to chalet to have a lunch or break with kids Parking spot is reserved for guests. COMFOR FOR ALL OF US House is big enough for 11 persons Very well designed rooms Magnificent view from terraces Floor heating for nice comfortable feel Two bathroom plus one toilet No toilet jams ;) Big, space daily room for relax and family entertainments. Kids enjoyed with playstation and board games Netflix nights was something speciall! SPACIOUS KITCHEN Fully equipped Kitchen Food supply is from local stores under regular prices We definetelly planning to come back again!
