S	Saskia Beck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Kitzsteinhorn und die traumhafte Landschaft, für 5-6 Personen verfügen die Zimmer über 2 Balkone , 2 neusanierte saubere Bäder und Toiletten , 2 große Schlafzimmer sowie Schlafsofa und 1 große Wohnküche . In 500m erreicht man die Piste zur Maiskogel. In ca. 10 min Fußweg hat man das im Tal gelegene Kaprun erreicht . Auch mit dem Auto kein Problem . Beiheizter Skiraum , auf Wunsch jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Sehr nettes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal . Immer wieder gerne :) Preis Leistung ist super ! A great accommodation with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the beautiful landscape, for 5-6 persons, the rooms have 2 balconies, 2 newly renovated clean bathrooms and toilets, 2 large bedrooms and sofa bed and 1 large kitchen. In 500m you reach the piste to Maiskogel. In about 10 minutes walk you have reached the valley located in the Kaprun. Even with the car no problem. Heated ski room, on request every morning fresh bread. Very nice, friendly and courteous staff. Always happy :) Price performance is great!

Im Winter kann das Skigebiet Maiskogel zu Fuß erreicht werden - Einstieg direkt an der Piste möglich mit Ausstieg an der Piste am Ende des Skitages (Fußweg etwa 5 Minuten mit Skischuhen und Skiern). Einziger Haken ist das ein Erreichen des Ortes und der Stadt nur mit dem Auto wirklich entspannt ist (der Weg herunter ist sehr steil). Wenn man damit leben kann ist dies die ideale Unterkunft. Very nice owners with very nice accommodation. The pictures correspond to reality. In winter, the Maiskogel ski area can be reached on foot - access directly on the slopes possible with exit on the slopes at the end of the day (footpath about 5 minutes with ski boots and skis). The only drawback is that the town is well reached and the city is only really relaxed by car (the way down is very steep). If you can live with it this is the ideal accommodation.

Die Piste ist fußläufig in 3 min. erreichbar nach einer kurzen Abfahrt kann man den Skibus Richtung Gletscher nehmen (Fahrzeit ca 10 min.). Kaprunzentrum lässt sich fußläufig in 13 min erreichen. Taxikosten von Kaprunzentrum bis zum Appartement belaufen sich auf ca. 12-14€. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Qualität, das große Appartement ist jedoch maximal für 6 Erwachsene geeignet, da der Stauraum (Schränke) begrenzt ist. Die Badezimmer und Toiletten sind sehr gut. Laufzeit Very good accommodation in a quiet location. The slope is within walking distance in 3 minutes. reachable after a short descent you can take the ski bus direction glacier (travel time approx. 10 min.). Kaprunzentrum can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. Taxi costs from Kaprunzentrum to the apartment amount to about 12-14 €. The house has a very good quality, the large apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, as the storage space (closets) is limited. The bathrooms and toilets are very good. running time
