The couple ? is very friendly.
As for us we have an issue in the basement with drain smelling every time the the tap and washing machine is used. A prevailing issue over four years unfortunately, still not rectified.
To be honest this is a serious health hazard which should be looked into; Tony (the husband) is so friendly and always trying to help, but so far without success.
