Nun ich habe mir ein Angebot machen lassen, wobei ich sagen muss, das ist top... Selbst direkt bei der Versicherung bekomme ich dieses Angebot sicher nicht... Habe ich nachgefragt. Demzufolge werden sämtliche Unterlagen an den Makler demnächst geschickt um bessere Konditionen zu bekommen. Toll das das noch heutzutage möglich ist. Bin dann persönlich ins Büro gefahren, um zu erfahren, dass "nur" KFZ-Versicherungen nicht angeboten werden. "Mit reinen KFZ-Versicherungen machen wir keinen Gewinn" war die Antwort. Ich muss eine zusätzliche Versicherung dazu nehmen. Nach nochmaligen Fragen, ob mir eine KFZ-Versicherung angeboten wird, hat man durchblicker.at geöffnet. Durchblicker.at kann ich auch zuhause ausfüllen. Dazu brauch ich bestimmt keinen Versicherungsmakler. Einfach nur eine Frechheit die Begegnung mit den faulen Zicken. Kaum kommt Arbeit auf Sie zu, lieber ablehnen. ZULASSUNGSTELLE: Hier zum Glück genau das Gegenteil. Alles funktioniert super und ohne Probleme. Bei VMD bekommt man definitiv keine gute Beratung, viel mehr muss man der Beraterin die Informationen aus der Nase ziehen. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man nicht willkommen ist. Die Beraterin hatte Ihren Fokus darauf gelegt, das Geschäft schnell abzuschließen und den Kunden loszuwerden. Man wird nicht einmal begrüßt, wenn man reinkommt, umso mehr sieht man den Gesichtsausdruck: warum ist der Typ überhaupt da. Die Beraterin ist nicht einmal in der Lage E-Mails zu schreiben, geschweige den E-Mails die man versteht. Und wenn einem als Kunde der Kragen platzt und sich beschwert wird man einfach im Stich gelassen. Absolutely not recommended. Unbelievably unfriendly consultant, from a competent advice I understand something else.
