Die Vergabe der Wohnungen für Vormerkkunden war nicht nachvollziehbar noch transparent die rechte Hand wusste nicht was die linke macht.
Die Aufschläge für Zusatz/Sonderwünsche sind Wucher. Für Fliesen wird über 2,5X (über 250%) Aufpreis zum Fachmarkt inkl. Mwst verlangt.
 Buying an apartment at Nordbahnhof. The support from the sales team was ok.
The allocation of the apartments for reservation customers was not understandable nor transparent the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing.
The surcharges for additional / special requests are usury. For tiles, a surcharge of over 2.5X (over 250%) is required to the specialist store including VAT.
