W	Wild Curl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir ist das selbe passiert wie bereits der Vorgängerin. Musste zu einem Termin am Mobtag und mir wurde das Taxi angekündigt in 3 Minuten. Als ich unten war 5 war kein Taxi da. Ich wartete novh 3 Minuten mehr dann habe ich angerufe und es wurde mir gesagt es ist am weg in einer Minute da.. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten noch immer kein Taxi da, als insgesamt 15 Minuten vergangen sind sogar mehr 18 um grnau zu sein, bij ich ins Büro und musste meinen Termin verschieben! Extrem unzuverlässig - Nie wieder The same thing happened to me as to the previous one. Had to go to an appointment on mob day and the taxi was announced in 3 minutes. When I was down 5 there was no taxi. I waited 3 minutes more then I called and was told it will be there in a minute .. After another 5 minutes there was still no taxi, when a total of 15 minutes had passed even more 18 to be green, bij I went to the office and had to reschedule my appointment! Extremely unreliable - never again

Nachdem kein Taxi am Taxistandplatz war habe ich bei 40 100 angerufen und mir wurde versichert dass 'demnächst ein Wagen zum Standplatz gerufen wird. 15 Minuten später war allerdings kein Taxi da also rief ich erneut an worauf mir selbige Dame versicherte dass ein Taxi bereits vor Ort wäre. Es war aber keines da. Daraufhin sicheres sie mir zu einen weiteren Wagen zum Standplatz in der Wattgasse zu senden. Also dieser nach weitere 10 Minuten später nicht eintraf meldete ich mich erneut bei 40 100 woraufhin selbige Dame sehr unhöflich und ohne sich zu entschuldigen meinte es wäre halt kein Taxi verfügbar und kommentarlos auflegte. In the past I was usually very satisfied with the service provided by 40,100. Unfortunately, today I had a completely new experience. After there was no taxi at the taxi stand I called 40 100 and was assured that 'a car will be called to the stand soon. 15 minutes later, however, there was no taxi so I called again and the same lady assured me that a taxi was already there. But there was none. Then she sure to send me to another car at the stand in Wattgasse. So this did not arrive after another 10 minutes later, I reported again at 40 100 whereupon the same lady very rude and without apologizing said there was no taxi available and hung up without comment.
L	L3gion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe sehr lange und sehr viele Taxis via 40100 für die Arbeit bestellt, sollten Kunden eine Fahrt benötigen, leider ist der Service in der letzten Zeit unterirdisch geworden. Sowohl Gäste, als auch ich selbst haben in letzter Zeit nichts gutes zu berichten. Angefangen Beinfreiheit Wartezeit, über die Mitarbeiter am Telefon, bis zu den Fahrern. Sehr ärgerlich. Werde mir zukünftig zwei mal überlegen, hier nach einem Taxi zu fragen. I've ordered a lot of taxis for work via 40100 for a long time, should customers need a ride, unfortunately the service has become underground lately. Both guests and myself have had nothing good to report lately. Starting with legroom waiting, over the employees on the phone, up to the drivers. Very annoying. I will think twice about asking for a taxi here in the future.
K	Katharina Brandtner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin früher öfter mit Taxi 40100 gefahren, war auch zufrieden, aber seit ein paar Monaten gibt es hier nur noch Probleme. Die Taxis kommen einfach nicht. Man muss mehrfach anrufen, ist mir jetzt schon 3x passiert. Die Wartezeiten sind dadurch lange, ich habe deshalb schon 2x meinen Zug verpasst. Ich fahre jetzt mit einem anderen Anbieter. I used to take taxi 40100 quite often and was also satisfied, but for a few months now there have only been problems here. The taxis just don't come. You have to call several times, this has already happened to me 3 times. The waiting times are long, so I've already missed my train twice. I am now driving with a different provider.

Call center calls to confirm address and blames customer for wrong address although it’s even listed in the app. A screenshot was made of the address but the lady insisted she knew better. Shame for the city of Vienna for such a terrible service. Taxi never arrived. Unprofessional and rude. Next time, go for Uber. At least Uber knows how to use google maps.
