★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last friday 14th April at 16.00 h we caught a taxi of your company W 7325TX that cheated us. He was parked in Grand Hotel Wien. We are going to the airport and he went in a roundabout way inside a factory !! We said to him that we were in disagreement and that he was cheating us.
He did not want to give us the invoice and finally he went faster.
Its a scandal the driver swindles the foreigners. We hope your company company takes the opportune measurements against him.
By my side I am going to recommend that nobody should use this company .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time in 17 years...I met a real rude taxi driver. We use 31300 very often to go to the airport. Generally people from different parts of the world. Today an Austrian driver. I couldn't believe when he pretended to have a tip...for doing nothing... and screaming because I could not close the door. It will be the last time that I'll call this number. Sorry for that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!BE CAREFUL!!! A driver of this company showed up, at 5am in the morning , outside of our hotel, as he was the driver that we have booked online the day before. BUT this was a FRAUD because his company couldnt know this information. After a few questions, we figured that this guy showed up, from this company, to take the ride for the airport, because they probably steel data from another taxi company. When we said that we wanted to get off the taxi he said that this cant be done because we have already began the ride. But he wasn't explaining how he knew that we were in a need of a taxi. It was a really terrifying experience for us. The driver was polite but the explanation of the situation inadequate. Its for sure a wrong policy of this company.
