Ich hatte einen Ausfall eines Simodrive 611 Antriebsmoduls und habe eine schnelle Reparatur benötigt. Nach einem kurzen Anruf und Ferndiagnose habe ich die verdächtigten Komponenten ausgebaut und nach Linz gebracht. Es wurden alle Komponenten (Leistungsteil, Regelkarte und Motor) geprüft und ich habe einen Austausch bekommen. Innerhalb weniger Stunden ist die Maschine wieder gelaufen (Samstags!).
Sehr zu empfehlen!
Very competent and fast service!
I had a Simodrive 611 drive module failure and needed a quick repair. After a short call and remote diagnosis, I removed the suspected components and brought them to Linz. All components (power section, control card and motor) were checked and I received an exchange. Within a few hours the machine was up and running again (on Saturdays!).
We recommend!
