According to the branch manager, no calculation could be made by the company. That's what I call a specialist company and everything under one roof, it's laughable.

Die Mitarbeiter vorort waren freundlich. Einziger Pluspunkt Despite visiting the branch on site and making an appointment for window sills and doors, nobody came by on the day that was agreed. No rejection or apology. The on-site staff were friendly. The only plus point

Daten und e mail wurden notiert und ein Angebot per Mail für Montag versprochen. Das ist mittlerweile 4 Wochen her. Wenn die Herrschaften so arbeiten bzw. Ihre Versprechen so einhalten ist es meiner Meinung nach besser einen großen Bogen um dieses Geschäft zu machen Was there personally and wanted outside shutters. I was shown blinds. Then I asked for an offer Dimensions I had with, color white. Foamed aluminum. Data and e-mail were noted and an offer was promised by e-mail for Monday. That was 4 weeks ago. If the gentlemen work like this or keep their promises like this, in my opinion it is better to avoid this business

Der Chef persönlich machte sich vor Ort ein Bild des Auftrags, leitete seine Erkenntnisse aber nicht an die ausführenden Handwerker weiter --> die Handwerker hatten nicht alles an Werkzeug dabei, was sie gebraucht hätten und mussten dieses dann erst holen. Die Handwerker selbst haben aber wirklich gute und gewissenhafte Arbeit geleistet - die bekommen von mir 5 Sterne. Für die Beratung gibt es 4 Sterne. Für das Organisations-Chaos der Chef-Etage gibt es 3 Sterne. Macht im Durchschnitt 4 Sterne. If you can deal with the Hungarian mentality, you are in good hands here: Appointments are kept for +/- 1 hour. The boss personally got an idea of the order on site, but did not pass on his findings to the craftsmen performing the work -> the craftsmen did not have all the tools with them that they would have needed and then had to get them first. The craftsmen themselves did a really good and conscientious job - they got 5 stars from me. There are 4 stars for advice. There are 3 stars for the organizational chaos on the executive floor. Makes 4 stars on average.

Gut erklärt welche Produkte es gibt und welche Möglichkeiten man habe. Sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Ich empfehle gerne diese Firma weiter. Have already bought outside blinds with mosquito nets.
