Nice and clean campsite. Friendly and helpful staff. Good showers and restrooms.

The infrastructure is very good and clean. The price is good. You enjoy the swimming pool after a long bike day. The team was welcoming.

Visited for a ski week. Brilliant, friendly welcome from the lady in reception who provided lots of information about the local area and ski bus info. She happily showed us the facilities and explained about access and then gave us a choice of pitches. Facilities are good and clean. Ski boot room is spacious and warm, with bench etc to service own skis. Bus stop 150m from site entrance - Bad Gastein 12 mins, Bad Hofgastein 8 mins. Lovely walk along the river, brilliant for dogs (loads of poo bins and bag stations) - about 45 mins to Bad HofG, although there is a super cafe/restaurant 20 mins closer. To Bad Gastein is quite a climb (waterfall path closed in winter) but Bad Bruck is only 10 mins walk and we enjoyed our meal in Baeckerwirtsgut.

We loved this campsite. My husband and I have been cycle touring in Europe for 3.5 months now (Spain, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Repuplic, Austria) and this campsite is one of the best. In the top 3 I would say. The managers were very friendly, kind and welcoming. The facilities are great with hot showers, an indoor area to hang out in away from the elements, etc. Good free Wifi. The laundry is affordable as well. The location is stunning and they even have a really nice sauna for an extra charge. We would definitely recommend this place.

we stayed here for 3 nights last February. their facilities are super clean. shower, toilets were clean and spotless. I can't forget a warm shower after skiing at this place. There are multiple electricity fountain. So you won't have any problem related to electricity. friendly receptionist. For people who plan to ski in gastein region, I would definitely recommend!

The camping is not too big, but it is located between two noisy roads, a railway, next to a factory and a construction site, under some very fancy powerlines. The facilities are okay. Washing your dishes and taking a shower (an unenjoyable one, though, because the water runs for 15 mere seconds before stopping, and the room is icy cold) is free, but you have to pay for literally everything else. They are working with an annoyingly high rate of profit: electricity is 90 cents/kWh, washing powder is expensive and even the baked goods are more expensive than at the bakery. How they were treating us was not the absolute perfection. We asked for a superior campingplatz, and they gave us a small place next to a trashed RV. When we dared to wash a grill we found trashed one metre from our place, and started grilling with it, we got yelled at for using the owner's place - the thrashed RV was his, and we were not allowed to do anything close to it. When we complained that we have not enough place and told that we are supposedly renting a superior place, they told us "superiorplatz bedeuts ein normaler platz", but it was obvious that we got a small place instead of a superior one. Later, instead of apologizing, they offered that we pay 4 euros more pro tag, so that we can keep grilling on part of the owner's place. Also, we were yelled at for crossing empty places, because we should have used the muddy roads that were soaked by the rain. Yeah, rain does not flow away, the dirt gets soaked, and everything gets muddy.

This camping has everything one needs for a relaxing ski holiday. We have just gotten back after spending a week in the camping's apartment house with my family. The camping is nicely located between Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein and many ski pisten are within easy reach. The amenities are in good condition and everything was very clean, it is also child-friendly. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, the whole camping feels a bit like a big family as we have been coming here for nearly ten years now (except last year due to Covid) and I can safely say that the camping and it's surroundings are very well kept and there are new improvements every time we visit. The bread service is also a nice touch, the tasty pastries come from a high/quality bakery so I would recommend to try it. :)

Female owner who did my washing for me, dried it overnight, folded it and returned it to us at our camper the next day. She was amazingly helpful. 10/10 to her and our many thanks for her excellent service and camp site. Thank you, above and beyond.
