Service für einem Discounter ok aber bei Calzedonia hätte ich mir schon mehr erwartet... schade Thought I would go to a store again and not order online, but if you are looking for advice, this is the wrong place. Service ok for a discounter, but at Calzedonia I would have expected more ... a shame

Wollte reklamieren jedoch keine Chance..... Naja somit eine Kundschaft weniger!!! I bought hosiery for € 44.85 With a pair of tights (14.95 €) the first time you put them on carefully, a running stitch has been created away from the waistband ...... Didn't want to complain but no chance ..... So one clientele less !!!

Ich habe eine Strumpfhose (12,95 €) gekauft und wollte sie nach 2 Tagen anziehen, jedoch riss sie mir genau am Hinterteil . Es war nicht eine Laufmasche sondern ein riesen Loch! Jedenfalls ging ich zu Calzedonia und erklärte was geschehen war. Dort wurde ich dann beschuldigt die Strumpfhosen nicht korrekt angezogen zu haben oder mit dem Fingernagel hängengeblieben zu sein (obwohl ich gepflegte Fingernägel habe und sie kurz geschnitten sind) und ich glaube ich weiß wie man Strumpfhosen anzieht da ich fast jeden Tag eine anziehe! Ich wurde mit meiner Strumpfhosen wieder weggeschickt obwohl ich Rechnung + Verpackung usw. dabei hatte. Ich werde nie wieder etwas bei Calzedonia kaufen. The tights are not worth the price! I bought a pair of tights (€ 12.95) and wanted to put them on after 2 days, but they ripped off my back. It wasn't a jog, it was a huge hole! Anyway, I went to Calzedonia and explained what had happened. There I was then accused of not putting on my tights correctly or getting stuck with my fingernail (although I have neat fingernails and they are cut short) and I think I know how to put on tights because I put them on almost every day! I was sent back with my tights even though I had the invoice + packaging etc. with me. I will never buy anything from Calzedonia again.
S	Semiboes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die "normale" Verkäuferin ist sehr freundlich. Die heute anwesende Filialleiterin (?) fand ich kurz angebunden und fast schon unverschämt. Hatte eine Reklamation, wobei ich nicht das Gefühl hatte, dass darauf eingegangen werden wollte. Im Gegenteil, ich wurde mit "Eigenverschulden" abgespeist und im Gespräch stehen gelassen. Liegt auch an der Philosophie der Kette, aber bei dem Preis für Strumpfhosen wäre eine gewisse Kulanz durchaus angebracht. Ware und Beratung davon abgesehen empfehlenswert. Aber die laufmaschenfreie Strumpfhose wird nicht umgetauscht oder rabattiert wenn sie vom Bund aus beim 1. Tagen eine Laufmasche das halbe Bein runter bekommt. The "normal" saleswoman is very friendly. I found the present branch manager (?) Short and almost outrageous. Had a complaint, but I did not feel that wanted to be discussed. On the contrary, I was with "self-fault" fed and left in conversation. Is also the philosophy of the chain, but at the price of tights a certain goodwill would be appropriate. Goods and advice apart recommended. But the run-throated pantyhose will not be exchanged or discounted if she gets half a leg down the run on the 1st day of a run.

Verkaufen beschäftigt Waren (Strumpfhosen mit Loch) nehmen diese nicht wieder Retour obwohl Rechnung und Verpackung vorhanden war und dies am selben Tag des Kaufes beanstandet wurde! Letzter Besuch bei Calzedonia Dank dieser Filiale. If you could assign zero stars, they would be well placed in this branch! Selling busy goods (tights with holes) do not take them back even though the invoice and packaging were available and a complaint was made on the same day of the purchase! Last visit to Calzedonia thanks to this branch.
G	Graid Mia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebe die Strumpfhosen, aber es war jetzt schon das zweite Mal dort, dass die (gleiche) Verkäuferin übertrieben unfreundlich war und auch die Beratung war nicht sehr hilfreich. Love the tights, but it was the second time there that the (same) saleswoman was overly unfriendly and the advice was not very helpful either.
F	Franz Lehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei Dinge die für mich nicht in Ordnung waren 1) nachdem ich eine halbe Stunde herumprobiert hatte und drei Teile gefunden hatte die passten wurde mir beim zahlen mitgeteilt dass, wenn ich drei teile aus dem sale nehme der vierte gratis ist. Ich hatte aber nur zwei teile aus dem sale. Wäre schön das während des anprobierens zu erfahren bzw. Beim auswählen der stücke und nicht erst wenn man wieder vollständig angezogen ist.... 2) ein Teil war mit dem preis von 30,-- ausgwiesen und bei der Kasse wurden dann 35,-- verrechnet. Auf mein Nachfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt dass es sich bei den 30,-- um italienische Preise handelt ... Echt hilfreich wenn man in Österreich kauft. Leider nicht kundenorientiert obwohl ich die einzige person im Geschäft war. Two things that weren't right for me 1) after trying for half an hour and found three parts that fit, I was told when paying that if I take three parts off the sale, the fourth is free. But I only had two parts from the sale. Would be nice to experience that while trying on or when choosing the pieces and not only when you are fully dressed again .... 2) a part was shown with the price of 30, - and then 35, - were charged at the cash register. When I asked, I was informed that the 30, - are Italian prices ... Really helpful when buying in Austria. Unfortunately not customer oriented although I was the only person in the business.
