★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich liebevoll und herzliche Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiter ?Zimmer sehr sauber und absoluter wie zu Hause Wohlfühlfaktor…Frühstück herzhaft ausreichend und der Cappuccino ist grandios…auch der Aperol nach der anstrengenden Bergtour ist super lecker…gerne wieder ?
 Incredibly loving and warm hostess and staff ? room very clean and absolute feel-good factor like at home ... breakfast hearty enough and the cappuccino is terrific ... also the aperol after the strenuous mountain tour is super delicious ... gladly again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Nikotin Geruch begleitet euch überall :Flur, Treppenhaus, Zimmer. Ganz alte Matratze, Handtücher sehen wie die Waschlappen aus. Sauberkeit, Fehlanzeige!
Frühstück alles aus der Dose, außer Kaffee.
Für die Handwerker mag optimal sein, für die Durchreise, Urlaub oder ähnliches nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben abgebrochen und abgereist
The smell of nicotine accompanies you everywhere: hallway, stairwell, room. Very old mattress, towels look like washcloths. Cleanliness, nil!
Breakfast everything from a can, except coffee.
For the craftsmen it may be ideal, but not recommended for transit, vacation or the like. We canceled and left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer ist ok aber - das Treppenhaus stinkt fürchterlich nach Rauch und Zigaretten Gestank - im Café wird innen geraucht (in Österreich gilt ein Rauchverbot in der Gastronomie und beherbergungsbetrieben) und Maske beim Personal ist auch Fehlanzeige -> einmal und nie wieder
Room is ok but - the stairwell stinks terribly of smoke and cigarette stench - in the café you smoke inside (in Austria there is a smoking ban in gastronomy and accommodation establishments) and masks for the staff are also non-existent -> once and never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cakes and selection of hot beverages. This cafe has the classic Austrian look, but manages to stay up to date with the selection of sweet creations. The staff was always friendly, prompt and polite. In winter it is very cosy with the small chairs on the terrace covered in wools. Being in the old town's city centre is a major plus as the view of the historic buildings is great. During tourist season it is quite busy and service can be slower, but a piece of their Lienz cake is worthed.
