B	B Sch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Der Besitzer hat uns persönlich betreut. Der Spa Bereich war super schön! Da wir zur off Season da waren war auch relativ wenig los. Leider ist die Lage etwas ab vom Schuss. Und die zinmer nicht gut beleuchtet und die Kücheneinrichtung eher mager. Sauber war alles sehr! Würden wi der kommen. Had a nice time here. The owner personally looked after us. The spa area was really nice! Since we were there for off season was relatively little going on. Unfortunately, the location is a bit off the beaten track. And the zinmer not well lit and the kitchen equipment rather meager. Everything was clean! Would come here.
M	Melanie Zarfl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Nicht wegen dem Apartment, dieses ist sicher toll, sondern wegen dem Umgang von Seiten des Besitzers. Wir wollten das erste Mai Wochenende dort verbringen um zu Wandern. Leider ist dies durch die aktuelle Covid 19 Situation nicht möglich. Nicht nur wegen der Empfehlung des Bundesministeriums, unabhängig davon das es noch nicht einmal klar ist ob das Apartment offen haben wird, sondern auch zum Schutz selber und anderer. Hier wird auf einem ganz unteren Niveau kommuniziert, keine Chance eine ordentliche Antwort zu erhalten. Eine kostenlose Stornierung wird trotzt oben genannter Punkte abgelehnt, in einem unterirdischen Ton. Nach der gescheiterten Kommunikation, kam das Angebot diesen Aufenthalt zu verschieben nicht mehr in Frage - denn dort will man sicher nicht mehr hin. Wo Gäste so behandelt werden, kann man nur noch den Weg über den Konsumentenschutz wählen. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Not because of the apartment, which is definitely great, but because of the way the owner treats it. We wanted to spend the first weekend in May there to go hiking. Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the current Covid 19 situation. Not only because of the recommendation of the Federal Ministry, regardless of the fact that it is not even clear whether the apartment will be open, but also to protect yourself and others. Here communication is at a very low level, no chance of getting a proper answer. A free cancellation will be rejected despite the above points, in an underground tone. After the failed communication, the offer to postpone this stay was no longer an option - because you certainly no longer want to go there. Where guests are treated in this way, one can only choose the consumer protection route.
D	Dominik E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren hier Gäste Mitte August. Wir kamen an und keiner war da (wir hatten uns vorher per Mail und Uhrzeit wie gewünscht angekündigt). Nachdem wir uns dann nochmal per Handy angekündigt haben war der Empfang wenig herzlich. Keine Begrüßung, keine Nachfrage nach unserer Anreise, keine Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Am Buffet teilten wir mit allen Gästen das Buttermesser, was ich schon zu nicht-Corona Zeiten unhygienisch finde. Der Bergblick ist auf eine Straße und Parkplatz und klar, sind dahinter auch Berge (wir befinden uns in einem Tal), aber hiermit zu werben passt nicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber (dafür gibt es die 2 Sterne). Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und bzgl. Gläser etc. sehr bunt zusammen gewürfelt. Die Kosten von 130€/Nacht für eine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen ist einfach unverhältnismäßig. Trotzdem für den kleinen Sauna Bereich noch etwas zusätzlich zu verlangen finde ich dann fast unverschämt. We were guests here in mid-August. We arrived and no one was there (we had announced ourselves beforehand by email and time as requested). After we announced ourselves again via mobile phone, the reception was not very warm. No greeting, no inquiry about our arrival, no tips for things to do in the area. At the buffet we shared the butter knife with all guests, which I find unsanitary even in non-Corona times. The mountain view is of a street and parking lot and of course there are mountains behind it (we are in a valley), but advertising with this does not fit. The apartment is modern and clean (there are 2 stars). The equipment is functional and very colorful with regard to glasses etc. thrown together. The cost of 130 € / night for an apartment for 2 people is simply disproportionate. Nevertheless, I find it almost outrageous to ask for something extra for the small sauna area.

Rarely had such a nice stay in Austria. Super friendly hosts, new rooms, great sauna, first class food and a great price!
