A	Atanas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Room size. Negative: We arrived in the hotel at around 18:00 and as we traveled we our kids we decided to have a dinner in the hotel. The food quality was below the average and definitely not in line with the prices. We would not recommend it… In the same building of the hotel, there is a pub. The night we stayed in the hotel, the music in the pub was so hard that woke us (and our kids) up in the middle of the night at around 1:30 am and we were not really able to rest during the night. Next day, in the morning we needed to checked out. To our big surprise, at 9:30 am, on our return from breakfast we found in one of our two rooms the cleaning crew to prepare the room for the next guests. Quite unpleasant experience..
A	Alisha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We were lucky enough to have 2 balcony’s facing in two different directions so we had a view of the mountains no matter where we looked! It’s also a very easy four minute walk from the town center.. Negative: The Hotel is right in front of a junction. So as of 7 am there is a lot of car/motorbike noise so a lay in wouldn’t be possible. But at night time the roads were quiet so you can get a good nights sleep!.
O	Orsolya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location of the hotel is good, very close to the main street of Lienz. Our room had a beautiful view to the mountains. Breakfast was good, even I found vegetarian and whole grain foods. We came with our dog, and even she could come down into the restaurant of the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.. Negative: The area is a little bit noisy because of the traffic, but if you close all the windows, it's okay..

I have to wake up at 5:30am now Its 3:00am I can't sleep because of my next door guests are too loud , I had pre Booking why should I get the last floor without lift? I can't sleep in a 10'qm room without carpet, without Internet access, without Balcony and only one socket outlet near the WC. WC smell like no body live in this building for years. I give zero star for this guest house ? I suggest my Company to leave the contract with this zero star guesthouse I recommend no body to book even for couple of hours.
