A great experience, despite the presence of a police force in front of the entrance, next time I will not go on Wednesday and therefore stay longer longer without worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bestelle Kaffee an der Theke. Bedienung ist ins Handy vertieft und tippt erstmal gemütlich weiter. Kein Hallo, kein Bitte, kein Danke. Gebe meine Bestellung auf - erstmal wird wieder gemütlich weitergetippt. Letztendlich bekomme ich meinen Kaffee kommentarlos hingestellt. Ich war selbst 4 Jahre im Service. Das geht so nicht!
order coffee at the counter. Operation is absorbed in the cell phone and first continues to type comfortably. No hello, no please, no thanks. Place my order - for now I will continue typing comfortably. In the end, I get my coffee left without comment. I was in service myself for 4 years. That does not work like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird draußen noch fleißig Werbung für Kaffee und Warmgetränke gemacht auf den Tischen (s. Anhang) und auf Stehtafeln. Aber an der Theke bekommt man dann gesagt dass es keine Warmgetränke gibt. Man bestellt sodann ein Bier, fragt nach einem Glas, wird aber auch mit diesem Wunsch überraschend abgewiesen. Wohlgemerkt vor 18:00 Uhr.
Krasses Missverhältnis zwischen Preisen und Dienstleistungscharakter.
There is still busy advertising for coffee and hot drinks on the tables (see Appendix) and on blackboards. But at the counter you get told that there are no hot drinks. You then order a beer, ask for a glass, but is rejected with this request, surprisingly. Mind you before 18:00 clock.
Crass mismatch between prices and service character.
