ManyThanks to Santiago, the manager and Nasser who are professionals, smiley and very cool at the same time! Now I know why the place is always full...we visited two others chicha lounge and there is NO COMPARISON. WE LOVED IT!!! Thanks to all of you.
T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2020, 3 years later after my first review: Service has not improved even a bit. You have to ask for coal changed. Hookah 20EUR burns out in 30min. The waiter tipped himself without giving me all the change. Rude, unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere Most expensive shisha, very dry, burnt out in less than 30min. Have to run behind staff to have your coal coal changed (asked 3x). Cash only ? Asked for a check after paying what was asked, the check showed lower amount —> got ripped off. Not cool
I	Isaiah Lelea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service: Very fast paced place but the host and servers were very attentive and kind. We highly recommend making a reservation before hand...highly recommend! Also, please note that this place is CASH only (but there is an ATM just a block away if needed). Drinks/hookah: Strong drinks and tasty hookah well worth the price! We couldn’t decide on what hookah to get so our server gladly had one prepared for us (shout out to our server Hussein for taking care of us). Atmosphere: High energy, fun and attracting the younger crowd, this place was very fun!

Later it turned out that in case you pay in cash bills are not provided unless a customer asks for it which seems strange. Hookah itself was not the best I've ever had. Felt like it was lack of tobacco inside. Coals were not being changed often enough. Hookah guy did not speak English.

The staff so cool and truly cares about your experience. The shisha, drinks and snacks tasted melted in other mouths.? Absolutely the best place to cheers up in Vienna ! Highly recommend ???
