Nur die Lieferung wurde 2 mal verschoben, was mich nicht glücklich machte. Aber im Gegensatz zu den anderen Anbieter ist die Lieferung kostenlos und daher der Wunsch nach einen Sammeltransport verständlich und annehmbar. My roll container has a small scratch. That's fine with used office furniture. The price is in line and comparable to the others. Only the delivery was postponed 2 times which didn't make me happy. But in contrast to the other providers, the delivery is free and therefore the request for a collective transport is understandable and acceptable.

Skonto 2% bei Vorrausüberweisung ist natürlich auch noch Lobenswert. Jederzeit gerne wieder, sollte ich wieder einmal etwas benötigen. Smooth process when ordering and good handling, plus free delivery of the bulky items (2 office chairs, 2 stools) and more than fair in terms of price (for my opinion). Discount of 2% with advance transfer is of course also commendable. Anytime again, should I need something again.

Man bekommt den Chef jedes Mal sofort an das Telefon, wenn man anruft. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Ware kommt in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand zu einem Schnäppchenpreis. Man bekommt eine Rechnung und muss nicht einfach Bargeld einem dubiosen Fahrer geben. Ein seriöser Händler. After unfortunately having had 2 negative experiences with dealers of used office furniture, everything really fits here. You get the boss on the phone immediately every time you call. It cannot be taken for granted. The goods come in good used condition at a bargain price. You get a bill and don't just have to give cash to a dubious driver. A serious dealer.

Der Geschäftsführer hat in der Kommunikation und Fehlerbehebung (es wurden 2 falsche Tischbeine geliefert) eine sehr spezielle Verhaltensweise an den Tag gelegt. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen defintiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Terrible customer service. The managing director showed a very special behavior in communication and troubleshooting (2 wrong table legs were delivered). I definitely cannot recommend this company.

Für einen kleine Fehler, welcher vermutlich beim Transport entstanden ist, bekam ich ohne Nachfragen einen Nachlass. Gerne wieder dort einkaufen. Achja, der Schreibtisch, den ich gekauft habe ist absolut top! Super great experience. Prices are absolutely fine. The delivery was prompt and without problems. For a small error, which probably occurred during transport, I got a discount without asking. Happy to shop there again. Oh yes, the desk I bought is absolutely great!
