★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Burger King in Vienna. Food is hot and fresh,staff are helpful and speak good English. It's is in a big shopping mall easy to access from the U1 train and city center. Great place to go on wet cold days as it is all in doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of food is very very poor compared to McDonalds(which is not the best one itself), and BurgerKing was all dirty when we came in. Manager should think about having more employees, because those poor people just couldn't handle the amount of visitors, result is on the photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is so annoying! I ordered 2 vegan burgers (plant-based), with no mayonnaise and no cheese, and guess what?? I come home to find out that they put mayonnaise on both of the hamburgers buns! Awwwwwwww I'm so hungry and so annoyed and so upset! :-(((
