Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Essen, coole Räumlichkeiten, schöne Zimmer, tolle Außenanlage,..... Es fühlen sich alle extrem wohl! Weiter so! Everything great! We are there every year at Pentecost with teens and it is perfect! Very nice and helpful staff, good food, cool rooms, nice rooms, great grounds, ..... It all feels extremely well! Keep it up!

P	Phi Phi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schlechtes Essen, nur das Frühstück ist essbar. Unfreundliches, unterbezahltes Personal, das mit den einfachsten Aufgaben nicht zurechtkommt. Unsere Zimmer wurden noch nie geputzt, wir wurden nur dazu aufgefordert unsere Pfandflaschen zurückzugeben. Die Zimmer sind zu klein, genauso wie die Dusche. Die Tür zum Badezimmer lässt sich nicht verschließen und die Zimmer verfügen über keine Rauchmelder. Das Essen ist meistens fast geschmacklos, und das Personal in der Küche ist extrem unfreundlich. Man möchte nicht mehr im Hotel essen. Es fühlt sich an als wäre man in einem Gefägnis oder Konzentrationslager. 0 Sterne. Not recommendable. Very bad food, only breakfast is edible. Rude, underpaid staff who can't handle the simplest tasks. Our rooms have never been cleaned, we were only asked to return our deposit bottles. The rooms are too small, as is the shower. The bathroom door cannot be locked and the rooms have no smoke detectors. The food is mostly tasteless, and the kitchen staff are extremely rude. You don't want to eat in the hotel anymore. It feels like you are in a prison or concentration camp. 0 stars.
R	Ruth Jakob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöne Ferienanlage in Salzburg. Weitläufig und sehr gepflegt. Am besten gefiel mir der Speisesaal mit seinen weißen Rundbögen. Von Radstadt geht ein Fußweg zum Schloss, oder mit dem Rad entlang der Enns. Herrlich und empfehlenswert für Schullandwochen und Schulschikurse Wonderful holiday complex in Salzburg. Spacious and very well-kept. What I liked best was the dining room with its white arches. From Radstadt there is a footpath to the castle, or by bike along the Enns. Wonderful and recommendable for school country weeks and school ski courses
