E	Ewald Klinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kamen am Freitag, den 13.8.2021 mit einem Notfall zur Firma Krakowski. Wir waren auf Kurzurlaub in Salzburg. Unser CX5 zeigte eine Vielzahl an Störmeldungen und der Motor lief im Notbetrieb. Wir bekamen einen sehr guten Kaffee zur Beruhigung und die sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Techniker kümmerten sich um unser Fahrzeug. Nach dem Auslesen der Fehler stand fest, dass der Abgasdrucksensor defekt war. Herr Krakowski hatte einen auf Lager und er wurde eingebaut. Nach einer Probefahrt stand fest, alles war wieder in Ordnung. Wir haben eine so kompetente und freundliche Fachwerkstätte noch nie erlebt. Schade, dass wir in der Nähe von Graz so etwas nicht haben. Wir werden euch weiterempfehlen und wissen jetzt, wohin wir uns wenden müssen, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind. We came to the Krakowski company on Friday, August 13th, 2021 with an emergency. We were on a short break in Salzburg. Our CX5 showed a large number of fault messages and the engine was running in emergency mode. We got a very good coffee to calm down and the very friendly and competent technicians took care of our vehicle. After reading out the errors, it was clear that the exhaust pressure sensor was defective. Mr. Krakowski had one in stock and it was installed. After a test drive, it was clear that everything was fine again. We have never seen such a competent and friendly specialist workshop. It's a shame that we don't have anything like this near Graz. We'll be recommending you and now we know where to turn when we're back in the area.

The staff is very competent, are very friendly and prices are very reasonable. The fact that they go out of their way to help a customer who will clearly not soon be returning and don't overcharge either shows what a decent, honest and caring business this is. Thank you!
